2026 Monthly Special

Monthly Stays Run the 1st to 1st of each month

We over a special Monthly Rate for stays that run the 1st to the 1st. Check in date must be the 1st the month and check out date must also be the 1st of the following month to receive the pricing.


Available Site Types: 30amp Full Hookup (Water/Electric/Sewer) Back in

Cost: Starting at $850 per month and includes all utilities


Requirements/Restrictions:

  • Monthly Sites must be paid on the 1st of each month by 12pm. 
  • $500 refundable incidentals deposit is required at the time of reservation and will be held up-to 48 hours past check out. 
  • Monthly stays have a varying cancellation policy. Please see our policy for details.
  • All Monthly Stays MUST checkout no later than 12pm (noon) on assigned check out day. Late check outs are not available.
  • Proration for unused days is NOT available. Additional nights will be charged at the most current nightly rate unless pre-booked. 
  • Reservations with multiple months booked require a $500 deposit toward the next month. Failure to cancel the next month within the cancellation policy will result in a full loss of the deposit.

Invite Only: Seasonal Program

SeasoN Runs: May 1 to october 15

Our Seasonal Program is a limited, invite-only experience designed for campers who want to make The Higgins Lake Campground their summer home. Invitations are extended on a selective basis, and only those invited are able to secure a Seasonal Site. If you’d like to be considered, we welcome you to submit an application to join this special community.


Seasonal Stays run the full season — arriving May 1st and departing October 15th. Reservations require a $600 minimum deposit at booking, with balances paid in full by April 16th.


Membership in our Seasonal Program includes 3 tiers of sites, beginning at $3,500 for the season, and comes with the convenience of all utilities included plus exclusive perks designed just for our seasonals.

Our seasonal program is invite only, and we maintain a private waitlist. When a spot becomes available, we extend invitations on a rolling basis between August 1st and April 30th. If you have received an invitation to be a seasonal for the upcoming season, a site will be guaranteed for up to 7 days (as long as your RV length can be accommodated) while you confirm your stay.


Our seasonal program is invite only, with applications reviewed and invites sent on a rolling basis between August 1st and April 30th. If you haven’t camped with us before, we encourage you to try out our Monthly Stay option or book a weekend visit first. It’s the best way to get to know our campground and be considered for a future seasonal spot.


Yes, all long-term sites include utilities! Water, electric, and sewer are all included at no additional cost.


ORV and boat trailers may not be parked on campsites. Reserved parking is available within the campground and must be arranged in advance. Our long-term program offers a discounted rate for guests who prepay for the entire season or month. This can be added at the time of reservation or booked separately at a later date. Alternatively, a pay-as-you-go option is available. 


Additional guests can be added either at the time of booking or during check-in. A discounted rate is available for those paying for the full season or month in advance. If your additional guests will not be staying regularly, we recommend utilizing your discounted guest passes instead.


As part of our Seasonal Program, you’ll enjoy a special discount on guest passes for both overnight visitors and day guests. To take advantage of this benefit, all guests must be registered by the site holder at the office — either ahead of time or at check-in. Each pass includes one (1) vehicle pass.


Please note: overnight guest passes may only be issued up to your site’s occupancy limit. If the maximum occupancy is reached, an additional reservation will be required.


Our long term specials require a minimum deposit of $600 at the time of booking. This $600 deposit will be used as your overstay/incidental/next months deposit and the full amount of your seasonal or first month stay will be due 14 days before arrival. Exception: July and September require full payment 90 days before arrival, if this is your first month. All additional months must be paid on the 1st of each month by 12pm. 


Sensible Weather is available for long-terms. To book sensible weather, you must book your full reservation online and a pencil-in cannot be offered. The Sensible Weather Guarantee is strictly an online offer and cannot be added after a reservation is made. Learn more about Sensible Weather here.


If you wish to lock down a specific site number, please use the Select-My-Site Feature. There is a fee for the select-my-site feature. 


Monthly Sites: 

  • Check In begins at 3 PM on Arrival. If you plan to arrive on a different day than your scheduled arrival, please let us know and verify that your balance is paid. 
  • Check Out is 12 PM (noon) on Departure. 

Seasonal Sites: 

  • Check In begins at 3 PM on Arrival; If you wish to arrive on a different day than May 1st, please let us know in advance. 
  • Check Out is 12 PM (noon) on Departure; October 15th. If you plan to store your RV over the winter months, the winter storage payment is due by 12pm on October 15th and access to your RV will resume on May 1st. On-site winter storage is only available to those who have reserved their next season stay. Off-site storage is available for those who just wish to store their RV.


If you wish to check in early or check out later, we will try to accommodate your request based on availability. Please request at the front desk, if you have not made prior arrangements. Fees do apply. 


Our Monthly Specials vary by month:

  • May, June, August, and October follow our standard cancellation policy: Confirmation of cancellation must be provided 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. 
  • July and September follow our holiday cancellation policy: Confirmation of cancellation must be provided 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee.


Our Seasonal Program follows our standard cancellation policy: 

  • Confirmation of cancellation must be provided 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival will receive a refund less a 20% cancellation fee. This is the same day the balance is due for all seasonal stays.


How to cancel:

  • To cancel your reservation, please go to your reservation confirmation and follow your reservation link. The cancellation button is located on the top right side. After you have requested to cancel, you will get a follow up email that will require you to confirm that you still wish to cancel. This is a two-step process verifying your intent to cancel. Cancellations cannot be reversed once processed.


All balances can be paid via credit card in your reservation link located in your confirmation email. If you wish to pay cash or check, payment must be made by October 15th of the previous season. 


We welcome all fur-friends! We do require all pets be attended to, leashed, and picked up after. If you plan on bringing your pets, please include them in your reservation details. RV sites have a limit of 5 pets per site.
